About Fried Getuk

Fried getuk making process in Sokaraja

Fried getuk is very simple: cassava, palm sugar, then fried. But the taste? That’s what keeps people coming back.

Sweet and rich with a unique texture, it’s perfect for casual snacking anytime—best enjoyed warm with tea or coffee.

Fried Getuk Bina Rasa was established in the year 2000 in Karangdadap by Ibu Hj. Samunah, utilizing a traditional, inherited recipe whose quality has been maintained until today.

Initially, production capacity was gradually increased to meet the growing demand from local and surrounding areas, all while strictly preserving the authentic taste. Following this growth, we opened our official outlet, serving as a dedicated souvenir center, making our Fried Getuk a popular choice for both tourists and local residents.

Now, in 2025, we are strengthening our online presence. This move is aimed at facilitating easier ordering, sharing our story, and reaching customers far beyond our original region.
